We are a boutique accounting bookkeeping firm located in Melbourne West, Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented individual who is passionate for accounting.Responsibilities: Maintaining client account using various spreadsheet and softwares Processing of payroll using manual timesheets and auto pays Calculation of Payroll Tax and lodgment Daily bank Reconciliation of various accounts Coding and posting invoices for payments Running Trial balance, P&L and Balance Sheet accounts Maintaining food and liquor purchasing systems Completing end of week, end of month and end of year reporting as per instructions (training will be provided)Attention to all detail is a must for this role with understanding of Australian privacy laws. Must be able to work with confidentiality as well are dealing with highly sensitive information of various clients. Must be able to work independently once full trained.
