This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Nexogic. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying leads, pitching services to medical professionals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally:1. the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.2. Develop and manage recruitment business in the assigned territory.3. Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and medical institutions.4. Manage the full sales cycle from signing MOUs to candidate sourcing.5. Drive revenue through recruitment services and upselling opportunities.6. Expand the database of medical professionals in the region.7. Work closely with HR, marketing, and stakeholders for lead generation.8. Candidates should be fluent in regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.9. Experience in the medical industry or with healthcare professionals.10. Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales field work.
