Job Description:As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the purchase process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with vendors to establish relationships and negotiate favorable terms. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.Responsibilities:1. Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems.Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance.Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.Timely completion of work orders.Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps
