We are a well-established Premium Car Rental Company with more than Two Decades of Experience and expertise in the field of employee transport and corporate transport. We need Transport Coordinators with the following skills: Candidates must have good geographical knowledge of both Bangalore urban and rural areas. Candidates must have basic knowledge of employee transport services and transport industry in general. Candidates must have above average communication skills especially in Kannada and English, if the candidate is good in Hindi and other regional languages it would be an added bonus. Prefer candidates who are staying near the IT belts around the Bangalore city. If the candidates know how to source vehicles and possess knowledge of routing, keen to take on challenges, handle multiple sites' issues and should slowly inculcate the capacity to be Site In Charge for the respective sites for our clientele. Routing, MIS prep and Vehicle Sourcing is a must for this profile. Working hours will be 10 hours minimum depending on the site and number of routes. Candidates should be punctual in their work ethics since Employee Transport Services mainly depends on correct timings for Login and Logout. The Candidate should have necessary communication skills to handle various type of drivers (who come from the grass root level). Skillfully handling drivers ultimately gets the positive results.

The candidate should be graduate, age group 25 years and above, good communication skills, experience 4 years plus, in house and field work included, cold calls plus social media usage knowledge is a must. Direct contact with clients and Back end team is a must. Working hours ten hours per day from Monday to Saturday.

Educations requirement minimum SSLC. Satisfactory local language communication skills needed. Six days working days. However, the work may involve both day and night shift especially involving airport transport and employee transport for example call centers, so flexible (flexible means both day and night shift plus rotation of weekly holidays).

The candidate must be proficient in communication skills. He should be having good knowledge of the intricate workings of transport industry and should possess good email drafting, excel, legible handwriting, along with coordinating skills especially with respect to drivers to clients and vice versa. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts. There will be rotational shifts during working sometimes during govt holidays also. All the booking related records of day-to-day should be maintaining in soft as well as hard copies.

The candidate should be graduate aged above 30 years minimum 4 years exp, have good communication skills, experience more than four to five years in transportation department, work entails both in house and field work. Should be able to handle cold calls plus direct contact with clients. Working hours 10 hours per day from monday to saturday, could be flexible.

The candidate should be a commerce graduate and/or experienced accountant from bank/private institution. Knowledge of tally, excel, handling updated GST and TDS is a must. Minimum of three years experience needed. Work entails mostly in house. Responsibilities may include communicating with respect to payment inquiry with the client. Working hours day shift, 10 hours per day from Monday to Saturday.
