This role drives the career awareness & mentoring initiative of Bright Future calledCareer Khoj. The purpose of this role is to work with the youths in the age group of14 to 25 years (called as aspirants) and build their awareness of career. TheFacilitator will be leading administration, scoring and interpretation of Bright Futuresinhouse career decision making tools and subsequent counseling. This role thus helpsBright Future realize its vision by making aspirants aware of their career interests andmaking informed decisions for their career path.RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct workshops and sessions on designing a career path & provide 1:1counseling. Discussing career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout theconsultation process. Assist the Social Worker in mobilization of youth for the Career Khoj programme Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in the stakeholder engagement activitiesplanned at the center (led by Social Worker/Project In-charge) to ensureparticipation of stakeholders in program. Lesson Planning and Facilitation for career readiness sessions which are a part ofthe Career Khoj programme. Conducting career interest tests, analyzing the scores and preparing careerinterest test reports. Maintain documentation on the program to be inputs into the monitoring andevaluation system.
