Person should be responsible monitoring and Implement the project activities as per the project mandate on a timely basisOverlook the administrative and legal compliance of the FPO as per the requirementCollaborate with different stake holders for input supply.Identify potential buyers or collaborate with different government agencies for the selling of FPO members produce and make FPO profitable.Help FPOs in availing loans from different Government and Non-Government organisations to ensure the sufficient working capital with FPOsContinuously search for government or non-Government schemes for FPO for their benefit.Meet different government and non-government stakeholders provide them regular updates and make strategies to implement the project on the ground.Increase the membership in the FPO and focus to include all villages of block in FPO operational areas.Conduct village-level programs and meet shareholders on a regular basis.Find out the resources for poultry & goatery and conduct village base awareness programs for getting higher yield, reduce the input cost and increase quality of the product.Attend meetings and seminars organisational level or of any other agencies as per requirementsEnsure the preparation of MIS and P&L statements of FPOs and submit them to reporting officer on a timely basis.Prepare monthly progress reports as per project requirement.Any other job assigned by the Project Coordinator/Authority.
