GP Visit Coordination: Develop and implement marketing strategies for engaging with general practitioners (GPs). Organize and manage GP visits to foster strong professional relationships and encourage patient referrals to Hospital.Corporate Visit Organization: Coordinate marketing efforts for corporate visits. Develop and execute strategies to engage corporate clients, promote our services, and explore new business opportunities.Panel Bill Submission: Ensure accurate and timely submission of panel bills. Work closely with the billing department to manage documentation and resolve any issues related to panel services.Corporate Camp Coordination: Organize and execute corporate health camps, focusing on services. Handle all aspects of camp logistics, promotion, and execution to strengthen corporate relationships and outreach.Marketing Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain patients.

Recording transactions in compliance with accounting principles - Preparing and entering invoices, bills, checks etc.- Reconciling discrepancies in financial entries- Assisting with taxation including filing returns- Maintaining general ledgersPreparing balance sheets, statements of income/cash flows- Auditing financial documents thoroughly - Designing accounting control procedures- Guiding month, quarter and year-end close processes- Training junior accountants

Receiving indents.Dispatching medicine to inpatient.Attending out patient.Receiving Medicine from the supplier.Arranging medicine according to their storage condition.Making Purchase order (P.O.) & prepare GRN for the same.Purchase return of medicine due to their expiry date.Handling narcotic & keep record of it.Arranging non-available medicine from near by chemist.Hand over cash to cashier.

GENERAL CARE OF THE PATIENTSAdmission and discharge of patient.Assistance and instructions to patient and their relations.Bathing patients including daily care of mouth, nails and pressure points.Four hourly, or more frequent attention to pressure points.Giving and removing of bed pans and urine pots.Giving and removing of hot water bottle.Bed making.Feeding of patients.Distribution of diets, milk etc.Preparation of special feeds, eggs, milk etc.Technical nursing care of patients.Administration of medicine.Administration of injections.Assistance in administration of I/u injection.Preparation of injections and clearing up.Recording of medicines & injection given.Talaing and charling I.P.R.Rounds with doctor.Technical procedure e.g. enema catheterization, dressings irrigations O2 therapy, preparing for and clearing up after procedure.Preparation for and assistance in clinical tests and medical procedure.Pre and postoperative care.Urine testing.Collecting labeling and dispatching of specimens.Escorting patients to and from departments.Giving and receiving reports.WARD MANAGMENTHanding over and taking charge of shift.Keeping the ward clean and tidy.Preparation of surgical supplies, bandage, splint.Routine care and cleaning of dressing trolleys, cupboards, apparatus, mackintosh etc.Care of clean and soiled linens.Disinfections of linen, beds, floor and bed pans.
