Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and service laptops of all brands.Install, upgrade, and replace RAM and other hardware parts.Perform OS installation, system formatting, and basic software setup.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.Provide on-site and in-house IT service support.Maintain service logs, job sheets, and update repair status.Ensure timely completion of service tasks with high quality.Coordinate with the team for spare parts and escalations.Skills & Requirements:Strong understanding of laptop hardware & components.Knowledge of RAM installation, OS installation, and system configuration.Ability to handle basic networking, drivers, and updates.Experience in troubleshooting all major laptop brands.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and handle field service tasks.Qualification:Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.4-8 years of experience in laptop service & IT support (preferred).
