Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced PHP Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality PHP web applications, using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in PHP development and be familiar with full-stack development principles.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain PHP web applications using Laravel frameworkWrite clean, well-documented code that adheres to coding standardsCollaborate with other developers and stakeholders to design and implement new featuresTroubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applicationsOptimize applications for performance and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processesKeep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in web developmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field1-2 years of experience in PHP developmentProficiency in Laravel framework and MySQL databaseFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of web application architecture and design patternsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements for Sales and Executive:-1. Identifying and reaching out to potential brands that might be interested in collaborating with our business2. Coordinating with brands, answering their queries, and explaining the benefits of registering on our website3. Encouraging brands to register on our website, explaining the benefits of collaborating with influencers and how it can benefit their business4. Building and maintaining relationships with brands by following up with them on a regular basis5. Assisting influencers with their queries, clarifying doubts, and helping them with any issues they may encounter during the collaboration process6. Updating and maintaining a database of brand and influencer contacts, tracking interactions and follow-ups7. Providing regular feedback to the team on the progress of tele-calling activities, highlighting successful outcomes, and areas for improvementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field1-2 years of experience

Get new clients via cold calling, meetings and using all the marketing methods online and offline. Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing. Assesses client needs and makes recommendations, visits, and presentations to pitch products & services, and combination packages to clients. Target-oriented Results on a weekly & monthly basis. Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients. Provides technical advice after-sales. Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals. Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance. Becomes fluent in all the products and services offered by the Company. Gains familiarity with the IT & digital industry and stays updated on trends and innovative products. Creates online & offline marketing strategies to promote digital services and time sensitive sales Qualifications & Experience
