We have a client in Ahmednagar and we need a Legal executive onsite at that location, this position is WORK FROM OFFICE, not Work from Home. Male candidates and locals from Ahmednagar or nearby that location preferred.Coordinate with main team in Pune office.Drafting and vetting of agreements and other legal documentsLegal researchData Extraction, analyzing 1000s of documents for data building.Conducting Trademark search, drafting of trademark applications and replying to examination reportsTo send monthly work reports to clientsTo arrange monthly review meetings and good coordination with clients.To update and provide assistance to senior associatesGood written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi and MarathiManage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
