Calling for Delivery Confirmation & Address Verification. Maintain daily MIS report. Maintain the customers queries and escalate to the concerned department. Coordinate with Operations team for daily basis. Maintain call logs and reports. Should be able to coordinate internally with team. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Handle grievances of client/customer and resolve within TAT basis.
