We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive to promote our pharmaceutical products and appoint new franchise distributors across India.The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product details, closing franchise deals, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:Generate new PCD franchise leads (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc.)Handle incoming calls & WhatsApp enquiriesExplain product range, price list & franchise benefitsFollow up with potential distributorsAchieve monthly sales targetsMaintain daily report of calls and conversionsCoordinate with dispatch & accounts team

A Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Pharma Sales.A Candidate must be at least a graduate. Graduation in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) will be an added advantage.A Candidate must be aware of general compositions used in Pharmaceutical medicines.A Candidate should possess learning attitude & good communication skills (Verbal as well as written).A candidate should be ready to do aggressive calling & should be effective in taking follow ups.A candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel.A candidate must be able to meet monthly targets / KRAs.
