Proficiency in using educational technology tools, online learning platforms, and computer applications for counselling, student assessment, and communication purposes. Answering Screening and Forwarding Incoming Phone Calls. Greet And Welcome Guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Multitasking and Time-Management Skills, with the ability to Prioritize Tasks. Previous experience in educational counselling, career guidance, or academic advising is desirable. Experience working with NEET aspirants or in the field of medical education would be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
