Job Description: Here's an opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious Tata Brand as a Retail Sales Officer(RSO). The RSO has to welcome the customer visiting the retail showroom, understand customer requirement and recommend Jewellery accordingly.The RSO has to focus and achieve various Sale Metrics & Retail Metrics. The RSO has to take part in Customer engagement activities as also various Below The Line activities. The RSO has to participate in regular training sessions organized by Brand and implement this in their customer transaction.The required candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in Retail industry. The RSO must be pleasant, customer-centric and result oriented.
