Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and programselection, class scheduling and course adjustment. Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that theirqueries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls etc. Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars tostudents and others. Achieve monthly revenue targets from up selling and referrals from currentstudents. Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior and socialdevelopment. Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to therelevant faculty and head of department. Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able toundergo the program smoothly.
