We are seeking a motivated and technically qualified individual to join our team as a Lab Scale Soy Milk Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lab-scale soy milk processing equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in food science, possess a willingness to learn, and demonstrate technical proficiency to ensure accurate and efficient operation of the equipment.Responsibilities:Equipment Operation: Operate lab-scale soy milk processing equipment, including but not limited to homogenizers, filtration systems, and centrifuges, following standard operating procedures.Product Development Support: Collaborate with the research and development team to execute experiments and trials on lab-scale equipment for the development of new soy milk products or process optimizations.Ingredient Preparation: Weigh and measure ingredients, such as soybeans, water, and additives, according to specified formulas or research requirements.Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of lab-scale equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with hygiene standards.Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately record experimental data, including process parameters, ingredient variations, and product characteristics, for analysis and reporting.Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to lab-scale soy milk processing, actively participating in training and professional development opportunities.
