Job brief - We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team.Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great communication skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.Responsibilities - Responsible for end-to-end chef onboarding on our platform.Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accountsRespond to comments and chef queries in a timely mannerMonitor and report on feedback and reviewsOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awarenessCoordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistencyLiaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and featuresBuild relationships with chefs, potential chefs, industry professionals and consultantsRequirements and skills -Proven work experience as a community managerExperience launching community initiatives (e.g. creating an event series, conducting chef engagements activity. )Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)Process-oriented approach.Excellent verbal communication skillsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitask
