As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This includes ringing up purchases, processing payments, and providing customer service.Key responsibilities include accurately processing customer transactions, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments, and issuing receipts. You will also be responsible for balancing the cash register at the end of your shift and resolving any discrepancies.To succeed in this role, you must have strong math skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous cashier experience preferred but not necessary. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently under pressure and have a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
