Diploma/BE (Civil) with minimum 10 years experience in construction of apartments, villas, roads, drainage, electrical etc. infrastructure works including surveying and marking for a leading construction company. Should be willing to work/reside at projects at outskirts (within 40 km) of Hyderabad.

To lead and direct the legal department. Qualification should be LLB/LLM with 15 - 20 years of experience in a law firm in handling Litigation of Civil (Property Related), Revenue, Consumer and Criminal Cases at various courts like High Court, Civil Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Forum, Statutory Agencies etc., out of which 4-5 years of experience in Real estate / Property Litigation / SRA. Should be well versed in Drafting Writ Petitions, Suits, Appeals, Revisions, Reviews, Affidavit, Lease Deed, License Agreement, MOU etc. Should have a Strong Grasp and Working Knowledge of Courts, Revenue Department and Tribunals etc. Should also be able to guide and mentor a team of Advocates and to coordinate with them for effective management of legal department.

To act as intermediaries between property owners and external parties (such as government officials, local leaders, and community members). Should be able to facilitate smooth operations, build relationships, and support real estate projects. Responsibilities include marketing vacant properties, screening tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
