The nurse ensures the patients comfort, hygiene, and safety while supporting medical needs under doctors guidance.Key Responsibilities: Monitor vital signs and record health progress. Administer prescribed medications and injections. Perform wound care, dressing, and basic medical procedures. Assist with daily activities bathing, feeding, and mobility. Maintain hygiene and prevent bedsores for bedridden patients.
