Understanding the business need of Customers Training User on various operations of Tally Should be able to support Tally users and Tally Application by on-site visit, on telephone, online etc. as per the need Should be ready to visit customers place Should be able to understand customers problems & ready to satisfy them by solving their problems Should be growth oriented and solution focused

Diagnosing and troubleshooting systems installed as N-Tech Automation customers Excellent computer hardware and networking diagnosis skill Should be able to identify different problems at client place and able provide correct solutions within minimal time Must be aware of computer hardware and networking concepts Should be aware of new trends going in computer hardware and other related products Should be open to travel to support customer Must have maturity to handle different client temperament Open Minded Basic English Speaking and Writing Skills. Worked in IT Company, Handful in Co-ordination
