PROJECT COORDINATOR (JUNIOR)Role DescriptionAs a project coordinator you have to coordinate with the schedules , budget , issues and risks of the project. you have to Ensure that the project management framework is well-organized and is running smoothly. you have to communicate with various departments in the organization .Project Coordinator ResponsibilitiesAs a Project coordinator you have to Monitor progress of all the projects and create project status reports for the manager .Assist all the team members with all the resources so that they have resource to complete their tasksScheduling meeting with stakeholder and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycleManage project management documents such as project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project managerExecute variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeepingHave to Support team members when implementing risk management strategiesPreferred skills : fluent english speaking , Problem-solving skills , Organizational skills , Management skills Required candidate QualificationsMust have Bachelors degree in business administration , management or any relevant field Working knowledge of project management softwareProficiency with Microsoft Office Must have minimum 6 months of experience in project coordination, project management roles or relevant field.Job Type - Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:Create and manage project plans and technical implementation strategyClosely monitor and review project progress and timelinesIdentify and resolve any issues that arise during the project executionAdjust schedules and plans as needed to ensure project successEnsure on-time delivery of projects while adhering to project gates and governanceManage day-to-day execution of project/task implementationsAssist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the projectFacilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables.Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.Facilitate review sessions with the Business and IT cross-functional team.Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.Manage UAT with end users, including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.. Required Candidate Qualifications/Skills:Must have managed one or two small projects or multiple small to medium-sized projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration.Must have handled client communication on atleast 1client projects, domestic and internationalMinimum 6 months of experience in similar capacityHands-on experience in developing systems requirements, implementation, testing, training, and defining support procedures.Strong technical and non-technical project management skills.Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.Technical expertise in following : PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Angular JS, ReactJSPreferred Technical Expertise: Drupal, Wordpress, Shopify, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
