Source profiles from job portals, social networking, company mapping, head hunting etc.? Complete initial resume screening.? Maintain the reports and trackers ? Schedule interview/s (Telephonic / Personal / Skype)? Follow-ups with candidates, pre-interview and post-interview? Talk to prospective candidates and take preliminary HR telephonic discussion.? Must have hands-on experience using word, excel, internet, etc? Education: Dip / BE / BSc / BBM / BCA / MCA or any other equivalent? Work Timings on weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On weekends: 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM? You can walk-in between 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM?
