Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesThis position will be a full-time support person on the Sales Support Team. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to the below items.Request For Proposal & Bid Responses :The RFP & Bid Specialist oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clientsCollaborates with members of the sales, service, and administration teams to ensure all tasks are complete, accurate, and timelyAbility to read proposals and create an action plan with timelinesActivities such as setting clear expectations, balancing workflow; monitoring process, progress and resultsCoordination of RFP DemosAbility to work independently, with minimal supervisionAbility to meet deadlines with accuracyAbility to practice responsible and sometimes creative decision-making skillsAbility to manage processes, people, and timelinesHighly organized, self-motivated multi-taskerAssisting the Sales Support Department with various daily tasks and projectsAttend all Pre-Bid Meetings when-ever scheduledPrepare tender documents both on line/off linePreparation of EMD well in advance as per the requirementPrepare both Technical Bid Data and Price Bid data as per RFPEnsure that there are Nil Disqualification of both Technical & Commercial Bids submittedAttend all price bid meetingsSubmit minutes of Price Bid Meetings after evaluation of L1, L2, L3 etcTo thoroughly check the work orders for correctness of Contract Period, Company Details, Contract Validity, Security Deposit and important Clauses.To coordinate with new clients for timely finalization of agreements.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:Must be Computer LiterateFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointShould have working knowledge of all Vendor Management Compliances.Should do vendor registrations, Possesses an extensive knowledge base of the org
