Position: Executive Retail Sales
Reporting to: Store Manager Retail Sales

Functional Responsibilities: The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and services to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Build customer confidence of customers by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
2. Completing operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing
3. Meeting established sales objectives by selling products and services
4. Follow Mustard Selling process and adhere to the standard operating procedure and the policies of the Organization.
5. Handling customer inquiries relating to product offerings, pricing, billing etc.
6. Maximize customer experience by solving the whole problem
7. Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
8. Handling customer escalations
9. Use the time well, even when not serving customers. Spend time on upgrading communication skills, gain knowledge of SOP and manage stock.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
11. Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers
