We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes Oversee the selection and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise Collaborate with design and sales teams to review plans, specifications, and technical drawings Communicate and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns Manage and track project expenses and financial performance, ensuring projects stay within budget Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry/ Pre Fab, PEB Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management software and tools Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
