Job Description:1. Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required yield and quality by effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.Observing all technical activities and solving the problems at level best.Responsible for yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility.Preparation of daily as well as monthly production report.To ensure the safety process is being followed by all team members.Undertaking erection and commissioning programs as per schedule.Records and documentation like shift report, filling report.Ensure regular quality checks done & ensure the material is ready for the dispatch.Coordination with different departments like Dispatch, maintenance, stores for timely production.Monitored plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identified existing or potential technical problems.Assisted multi-disciplinary teams on operational and maintenance troubleshooting.Job specification:Knowledge of fabrication like rolling, welding, argon welding, laser welding, cutting coilingShould be well organised and should be able to make the preplanning of the production.Great ability to perform multi-task and meet deadlinesImmense flexibility handling a variety of tasksGreat interpersonal skills and comfortable working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
