A Renewal Executive ensures high customer retention by managing the timely renewal of insurance policies. Responsibilities include contacting clients before policy expiry, explaining policy benefits/premium changes, processing renewals, and updating CRM systems. Key skills include strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational activities.
