This full-time position requires a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Deliver Lectures and Workshops:** Prepare and present educational content in an engaging manner to help students grasp complex concepts effectively.- **Assess Student Performance:** Evaluate student assignments and assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.- **Create Lesson Plans:** Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.- **Facilitate Classroom Activities:** Organize and guide interactive activities that promote participation and collaboration among students.- **Support Student Development:** Provide academic and emotional support to students, helping them navigate challenges and encouraging their personal growth.- **Communicate with Parents and Staff:** Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to discuss student progress and ensure a cohesive learning environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.A, B.E, or B.Ed. A strong understanding of teaching methods and classroom management is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families. Additionally, a passion for teaching, patience, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles are crucial. An experience range of 1 to 7 years in a teaching role is preferred.
