We are a SaaS-based startup with strong growth potential, building and operating enterprise-grade applications used by live customers. We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to work on production systems that are already in use.This role is hands-on and critical to our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, supporting deployments, and handling client escalations. The position offers real ownership, learning, and growth opportunities as the company scales.This is a 100% onsite role based in our Jaipur office.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes) Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution Maintain basic technical and operational documentation Support and guide junior developers and interns________________________________________Required Skills 24 years of experience in web application development Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.) Good understanding of databases and SQL Experience working on live/production systems Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Ability to understand and work with existing or legacy codebases________________________________________Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience working in SaaS or enterprise applications Exposure to handling client issues and production support Understanding of deployment and release processes________________________________________Candidate Profile Willing to work onsite from the Jaipur office Responsible, proactive, and calm under pressure Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable working on existing systems rather than greenfield projects________________________________________How to ApplyShare your resume with relevant project and production experience at: hr@mpasscheckin.com________________________________________Special NoteFreshers are not eligible.
