3 to 5 axis Programming with Autodesk (delcam) Power mill Software along with Setting & prove out.NPD Process planning, fixture design & manufacturing.Daily production monitoring & updating status.knowledge of Mitsubishi M70, Haas, Fanuc controlStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, charts and tablesInvolved in solving manufacturing and quality issues utilizing root cause and analysis tools and implementing correct actions,Record and report each improvement before and after with cost savings detail to the management (Tooling improvement, Parametric changes, Etc.)In-depth knowledge of GD&T with an ability to verify dimensions of machine parts and tools using calibrated measuring instrumentsAssists with the development of concepts, ideas, and methods for solving milling/machining problemsPrograms and develops setup process to machine difficult 5 axis prototype and first run production jobsMaintaining ISO & AS9100 standard documents. And 5-S activities in Shop floor
