Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Raw Material Handling:o Opening & Cleaning: Clean and open raw cotton bales, ensuring the removal of dust, debris, and impurities to prepare the cotton for processing.o Weighing & Sorting: Accurately weigh raw cotton bales and sort them based on their quality, grade, and specifications to meet manufacturing requirements.2. Manufacturing Processes:o Boiling & Bleaching: Operate boiling and bleaching equipment to treat cotton for cleanliness, color consistency, and other specifications.o Drying & Lapping: Ensure cotton is properly dried and form laps to prepare the material for the next phase of production.o Carding & Rolling: Utilize carding and rolling machines to break down cotton fibers and prepare them for cutting and packaging.o Cutting & Packaging: Accurately cut cotton into specified sizes and package the cotton products according to customer or company requirements.3. Quality Control:o Inspecting & Testing: Conduct regular inspections of cotton products to check for defects and ensure that quality standards are met.o Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate production and quality control records, documenting any deviations or issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.4. Other Responsibilities:o Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.o Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment for all employees.o Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of clutter, ensuring that equipment and materials are stored properly

As a Factory Worker, your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks related to packing materials within the factory. This will include:- Packing finished products into boxes or containers according to specifications- Inspecting products for quality control before packaging- Labeling and sorting packages for shipment- Operating packing machinery and equipment- Keeping work area clean and organized- Assisting with other factory activities as needed

Key Responsibilities: Learning Welding Techniques: Assist with basic welding tasks and learn various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) under supervision. Fitting & Assembly Support: Help fit and assemble metal components, ensuring they are aligned and securely fastened. Blueprint Familiarization: Learn to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to assist in the assembly and fitting process. Tool & Equipment Handling: Become familiar with welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools. Quality Checks: Assist in inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while handling equipment and materials. Collaboration: Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with senior welders and fitters to complete tasks.Qualifications: Fresh Graduate or Recent Technical Graduate in welding, fabrication, or related fields (Diploma or Certification in Welding is a plus, but not required). Keen Interest in Manufacturing: A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in welding and fitting. Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools, machines, or basic mechanical processes is a plus. Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and perform work accurately. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and follow instructions. Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift materials as needed.Education & Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical qualification or training in welding/fitting is preferred but not mandatory.
