Job description - Manager Finance Reporting to: VP Finance Job location: Mira Road-East Roles and Responsibilities 1. Preparation of Monthly branch wise MIS Report of Collection, Disbursement data,2. Monthly Monitoring on Collection efficiency,3. Monitoring of Monthly Cash flow and ALM Analysis,4. Monthly interest pay-out Calculation with Bank and NBFCs,5. Monthly CAAR, NPA and DPD calculation,6. Preparation of Monthly Bucket-wise AUM,7. Data Sharing for Financial proposal and follow-up,8. Monthly CIBIL reporting and follow-up with the CIBIL Team,9. Monthly /Quarterly data sharing with Credit Rating Agency,10. Monthly /Quarterly data submission with Banks/NBFCs,11. Maintaining of proper correspondence with all Parties (Bank/NBFCs/CIBIL/Rating Agency)12. In-depth knowledge of financial covenant, ratio and Balance sheet Analysis,13. Well versed with Advance MS office,14. Monitoring of profitability and Breakeven study of each branch and other segment on monthly basis,15. Ability to understand, Prepare and Update financial model on Monthly Basis. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/CA inter/ M Com Industry Experience of 2-5 Years Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Impressive oral and written communication skills Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
