We are looking for an individual adept in credit and underwriting in Consumer Lending.This individual must be meticulous and well versed with the KYC norms for Consumer lending. Should have an eye for detail and be a quick learner. Must possesses good inter personal skills to be a team player. This individual must be customer centric and business oriented.

Be responsible for Monedos digital lending platform with regards to solution design, architecture, software engineering and cloud infrastructure managementLead the development of all digital assets (mobile applications, middleware, backend, rest APIs) across a modern cloud-based microservice architecture Build and lead a strong and high-performing development team consisting of business analysts, software engineers and site reliability engineers / cloud architects. Introduce best practices of modern software development to ensure high productivity and fast implementation cycles: agile development process, code reviews, test automation, devOps, continuous integration / continuous deploymentPlan and deliver the technology roadmap in line with the companys strategy, business needs and customer feedback in collaboration with all business functionsArchitect and deploy a state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure on Microsoft AzureDesign a real-time data warehouse and analytics infrastructure for MIS and business intelligence across all business functions Develop and deploy solutions using AI / machine learning models for automated decisioning / advanced analytics Prepare buy vs. build decisions and identify, evaluate and coordinate with external vendorsCreate an engineering talent acquisition strategy and pipeline in line with the growth of the companyWork Experience & Skills13+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture with increasing responsibilities and success in leadership roles and a track-record of successful deliveriesStrong knowledge with hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Postgres, Rest APIs and microservice designExposure to Agile and Scrum processes with experience as Product Owner and / or Scrum Master on Jira or Rally or similar toolsPast record of working with cloud providers such as Amazon, Google, MS Azure for engineering deploymentsExperience with acquiring, mentoring and ramping up engineering
