Ltd.Job Location : Lucknow (full time)Job Roles & Responsibilities: Identifying potential GeM/Tender opportunities: The GeM/Tender Executive should monitor and identify relevant GeM/Tender opportunities on a regular basis. Preparing bid documents: The GeM/Tender Executive should prepare and manage all documentation, including pre-qualification documents, technical and commercial bids, and tender compliance documents. Submitting bids: The GeM/Tender Executive should ensure that all bids are submitted within the deadline and in compliance with the tender requirements. Coordinating with internal teams: The GeM/Tender Executive should collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure all requirements are met. Liaising with government agencies: The GeM/Tender Executive should interact with government agencies and maintain a positive relationship with them. Managing vendor relationships: The GeM/Tender Executive should identify and manage vendor relationships for the organization. Maintaining records: The GeM/Tender Executive should maintain records of all bids, responses, and outcomes. Providing periodic updates: The GeM/Tender Executive should provide periodic updates to the management on the status of ongoing GeM/Tender processes. Handling disputes: The GeM/Tender Executive should manage any disputes or issues that may arise during the GeM/Tender process. Conducting market research: The GeM/Tender Executive should conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.Required Skills:1- Preferred experience in building materials industry.2- Knowledge of GEM/Government Tender Online & Offline Filling.3- Create Technical Compliance statements.4- Counter & solve GEM queries of clients.5- Mandatory Language Fluency: English & Hindi.About the Company: M
