1. Maintain and aggressively develop existing and new suppliers through coordination and initiatives.2. Support Business Development Managers with their queries relating to products from India3. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls4. Organize Audits of Supplier production facilities5. Participate in technical discussions with clients as well as suppliers6. Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on quality procedures, standards, and specifications7. Exposure to international regulatory audits such as USFDA, WHO, ANVISA, EDQM8. Assessing and meeting customer requirements9. Understanding quality parameters of raw materials from clients and ensuring the same from suppliers10. Ensuring that manufacturing processes of suppliers comply with standards at both national and international level11. Understand management and technical reports and customers charters12. Directing objectives to maximize profitability13. Assist with specification setting, changecontrols, regulatory submissions and updates, annual product reviews, and other investigations along with supplier14. Assist clients with factory audits / Commercial visits to supplier production facilities15. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.16. Organize and attend national and international exhibitions17. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills18. Assist and guide the team in any requirements pertaining to improvement in the sourcing activities of the company
