We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and hold a graduate degree. This full-time position requires the candidate to work from the office.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and data entry.4. Support the accounting team in auditing processes and financial analysis.5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Greeting customers and directing them to available services of preventive/corrective maintenance & mechanics.Consulting with technician/Final Inspectors regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to customer concern/solutions.Using their knowledge of the products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure business retention.Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.Liaising with department heads on parts ordering and availability when needed.
