Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) Results-driven and hardworking. Ability to understand clients requirements. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales. Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them.Roles and responsibilities: - Prior experience with Real-estate company work or customer service and call centers in relevant job roles. - Must know the basic work of Excel and Word. - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems. - Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism. - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills. - Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the Gujarati language and interpersonal skills

Meeting and Engaging with Channel partners on a daily basis. Planning and Execution of multiple Channel Partner Events during Pre-Launch, Launch and Sustenance. Planning and execution of Promotional Activities, Campaigns, Events, etc with Key Channel Partners for their customers. Responsible for Outbound Meetings and/or closure of Deals. Preparing and maintaining Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. As a Real estate sales manager have to maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals. The sales manager will help team members to reach their full sales potential, support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
