ResponsibilitiesMaintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunitiesIdentify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objectionsPrepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentationsAchieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentationsCoordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheldRequired skills and qualificationsThree or more years of sales experience within a similar industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skillsProficiency with sales management software and CRMStrong ability to balance persuasion with professionalismPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelors degree or equivalentProven success rate at levels above sales quotaAbility to travel at least 50% of the time to customer events
