The ideal candidate will manage data related to diamond processing, inventory, and quality control with accuracy. Knowledge of the diamond industry or prior experience in a manufacturing setup is a plus.Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry and Management:Enter and update information related to diamond processing, grading, and inventory using software systems (e.g., ERP, Gati or proprietary tools).Maintain accurate production records, including cutting, polishing, and finishing details.2. Documentation:Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output and inventory levels.Ensure proper documentation of raw material inflow and processed goods outflow.3. Quality Assurance Support:Record and verify quality-related data from inspection teams.Assist in tracking rejected or defective pieces for rework.4. Coordination:Collaborate with the production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.Provide real-time updates to supervisors or managers about discrepancies or urgent matters.5. Database Maintenance:Regularly back up data and ensure system integrity.Perform periodic audits to identify errors and rectify inconsistencies.Skills and QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in computer applications is preferred.Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., MS Office, or customized ERP solutions).
