We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Okhla. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team by preparing and processing sales orders, ensuring that all customer requests are fulfilled promptly.- **Customer Communication:** Act as a liaison between sales executives and clients, handling inquiries and providing necessary information about products and services.- **Database Management:** Maintain and update the customer and sales database, ensuring accurate and complete records for effective tracking and reporting.- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare regular sales reports to analyze performance trends and support decision-making for sales strategies.- **Coordinating Meetings:** Schedule and organize sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and available for the team.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for maintaining records and generating reports.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.- A proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to the sales team.
