As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a wide range of spa treatments to our clients, ensuring a memorable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining spa hygiene, and promoting wellness. The Spa and Salon Manager is responsible for the overall management of the spa/salon operations, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional and that the spas financial and operational goals are met. You will lead and inspire a team of therapists and staff, oversee daily spa functions, manage budgets and inventory, develop marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires a blend of leadership, business acumen, and a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.
