Handling incoming queries and building good client relationshipsConvert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements along with timelines and budget work-experience in a similar role for Indian market, with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing. Excellent (effective) communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in English and Hindi andinterpersonal skills.Not: relationship with OEM, distributors and vendors
