We are looking for an ITI Turner to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience and possess an ITI certification. The role requires a male candidate who can work full-time from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Machining Components:** Operate lathes and other machines to create precision parts according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.- **Reading Technical Drawings:** Understand and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the proper procedures and specifications for machining.- **Quality Control:** Regularly inspect finished products and work in progress for defects or deviations from specifications, and make adjustments as needed to guarantee quality standards.- **Maintenance of Equipment:** Perform routine maintenance on machines, checking for wear and tear, to ensure they are in good working condition and safe to operate.- **Collaboration with Team Members:** Work closely with other technicians and engineers to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve overall production efficiency.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have strong technical skills in operating lathe machines and familiarity with various machining tools. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all tasks. The ability to read and understand technical documentation is crucial.
