Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, attracting potential buyers, showing properties, negotiating sales agreements, and closing deals. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
