Supervising the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Auditing and inspecting existing structures to confirm compliance with safety standards and structural integrity. Problem-solving on-site issues related to scaffolding. Ordering and managing scaffolding materials and inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesScaffolding Supervisors are responsible for coordinating all activities related to scaffolding within a project. They monitor the work of scaffolding teams and ensure that all practices adhere to safety regulations. Responsibilities include:Planning and allocating work to the scaffolding crew.Inspecting scaffolding materials before and after erection.Ensuring the stability and safety of scaffolding structures.Conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans.Maintaining records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work.Training new staff on safety protocols and proper scaffolding techniques.Liaising with other project supervisors and management to ensure that scaffolding plans align with project timelines and objectives.Key Tasks and DutiesThe daily duties of a Scaffolding Supervisor are detailed and require a high level of attention to safety and efficiency. A Safety Officer is responsible:*Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, risk assessment*Training on safety procedures. Investigate accidents, incidents*Maintain safety records and documents.*NEBOSH, Advance OR Post Diploma in Industrial Safety. (ADIS OR PDIS)#Immediate joiner will be preferred.

* Define Framework and Review SOP for all types of Electrical connections.* Inspection of electrical equipments at site and ensure fit for use equipments.* Ensure Tagging system at site* Ensure daily healthiness of electrical equipments.* Training to contractor workforce.* Reporting of all NCR and ensure compliance.* Submission of weekly report.

* Review of drawing to check safe working load.* Define Framework and Review SOP for all types of Jobs.* Ensure and supervise erection as per drawing.* Randomly check of lifting and rigging tools at site.* Inspection of tools and tackles at site and ensure fit for use equipments use at site.* Training to contractor workforce.* Lifting Plan preparation at site* Reporting of all NCR and compliance.* Submission of weekly report.

* Knowledge of Mobile Equipments is must.* Define Framework and Review SOP for all types of equipments.* Inspection of tools and machinery at site and ensure fit for use equipments use at site.* Ensure healthiness of mobile equipments.* Training to contractor workforce.* Ensure Tagging system at site* Reporting of all NCR and compliance.* Submission of weekly report.
