Job Openings for 1 Jr.Accounts Executive Job with minimum 1 Year Experience in Thirumudivakkam, Chennai, having Educational qualification of : B.Com with Good knowledge in Tally ERP, Invoice Processing, Purchase Entry, GST, TDS etc.

a) Assist in the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.b)Learn to operate and maintain various machinery including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.c) Perform inspections and quality checks on completed components to ensure adherence to specifications.

Monthly financial closure and reporting (MIS, Internal Audit, Statutory Compliance) Loan proposal support (CMA data compilation) Bank data compilation and reconciliation (2B, Bank statements) Tax compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, TDS reconciliation) Account finalization and audit support (IT, statutory, internal) Accounts payable and receivable management (ledger scrutiny, balance confirmation) Payment processing (monthly supplier payments, petty cash, employee reimbursements) Record maintenance (accurate and complete ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts) Import/export documentation and payment management Credit/debit note processing and record maintenance
