As a Placement Officer you need Assists students develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counseling and group sessions. You are also required to assist students develop and implement successful job search strategies.Requirements:1. Atleast 1-3 years experience as a Placement Officer. (Working with an educational institute would be an added advantage)2.Liaising with students and employers during placements.3.Fostering relationships with local placement providers and negotiating with employers in terms of placements for students.4.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.5.Experience in career counseling, job placement, or related field.6.Strong knowledge of job market trends and employer expectations.7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities include:1.Building and maintaining relationships with students to discover skills and preferences.2.Providing information and documentation about placements to students.3.Conducting pre-placement background checks.4.Arranges campus interviews and Negotiating terms of placements with providers.5.Generating awareness in the students regarding future career options available to them.6.Guide and counsel the students in securing permanent placement by bringing them in contact with the prospective employers.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
