The primary task of the TESOL Trainer will be to design and provide face-to-face training to English language teacher trainees, as well as undertake a range of administrative, coordination and learning activities. The candidate should possess a recognized degree and a recognized CELTA / Post-graduate TESOL qualification. A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in ESL context is expected.

Professionally qualified individuals with English training background who can take up permanent position as a speaking coach. He/She should be able to teach full-day 'boot campus' ,1-hour group classes, and also provide 1-on-1 coaching for students. Should possess at least 2 years experience in speaking coaching with training institutes or corporate houses.

A senior professional with 3 to 4 years experience in overseas education counseling, who can drive business growth and manage large teams successfully. She should be able to meet set targets by working closely with the sales and the operations team. The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring all-round efficiency while meeting client expectations at every level. Salary and perks commensurate with the individual's experience and potential.

Qualification - MBA/Degree Self-motivated professionals with 1 or 2 years in a similar position with a reputed Study Abroad agency. Responsibilities include counseling students for overseas education, handling inquiries, cold calling and achieving monthly sales targets. Freshers may also apply.

Young, resourceful trainers with 3 - 4 years in similar position with front line training academics. Should possess 8.0 band or above in IELTS . The ideal candidate should have good classroom management skills and ability to shoulder responsibilities independently. Those who have handled IELTS coordinator responsibilities in the past will be given preference.

OET qualified trainers with at least 2 years in a similar position with reputed training institutions. Should be a good team leader with excellent English communication skills . Should be able to deliver personalized attention to students and handle responsibilities independently. Experience as OET coordinator will be an added advantage.
