- Managing airport operations: Responsibilities include ensuring smooth functioning of ground operations at the airport, coordinating with various departments, and handling logistics.- Assisting passengers: Helping passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and other queries to ensure a pleasant travel experience.- Ensuring safety and security: Following safety protocols, conducting security checks, and taking necessary precautions to maintain a secure airport environment.- Communicating effectively: Clear communication with passengers, airline staff, and other ground staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.- Handling administrative tasks: Completing paperwork, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and procedures.Skills and Expectations:1. Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues effectively.2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.4. Prior experience in airport ground operations is preferred.5. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy baggage when required.6. 12th pass with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. 7.
